Helge Hagemann

Helge is an uncommon chef who has worked as a freelancer in Hamburg, Berlin and around the world. After his training in Michelin-starred gastronomy, he traveled to various restaurants and countries. He was a chef in Canada and got to know Japanese cuisine in Japan. As an ambassador for German cuisine, he has toured from New York to Dubai. At Alte Schmiede, he combines all of these diverse experiences.
