ARC restaurant
The ARC restaurant is a collective of 3 culinary creatives, Franz, Joshua and Julian. They want to span the arch between elements of haut-cuisine and a young and sustainable concept.
They provide a regional fine-dining experience celebrating Hamburg's producers. Their aim is to create transparency between the guests and their local partners and through the menu showcase the richness surrounding us. Their suppliers are represented in the 'freundebuch' and their products are marked on the menu with a signature color tracing them back to the book where guests are able to read up on the people behind the ingredients, their story and their way of producing.
